My name is Jen Pahwa. Over the last six years, I have helped people connect with their bodies (both energetic and spiritual) through various modalities and tools, including Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Channeling, Mediumship, QHHT, oracle cards, crystals and essential oils. I have sat with people individually and in circle, both as a student and as leader, learning to listen more clearly to my own inner voice and to help others listen to their voices. I believe we all are blessed with an inner knowing, and access to our guides and angels and that our bodies have a way of letting us know if we are all good or if we need to revaluate some things, look harder and/or shed some beliefs. I love to help people tap into their own knowingness and connect with their guidance team and help people develop the muscle of getting energetically and spiritually strong.  

 

I am based in  Santa Cruz, CA and have three wondeful girls. I love to spend time taking in the magic of the ocean, the mountains and the woods, doing craft projects and cooking.
